By accessing or using Neuralfrag, you agree to these Terms & Services and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service. These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws that apply in your location.
2. Service Description
Neuralfrag provides CS2-related statistics, match information, player lookups, skin lookup tools, account features, and esports data views. Match, profile, market, and esports information may come from public or third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, must not impersonate others, and must not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or security protections.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Neuralfrag for illegal activity, abuse, harassment, spam, scraping at harmful volumes, malware, reverse engineering, data theft, service disruption, or any action that harms other users, the service, or connected third-party services.
5. Data & Privacy
Neuralfrag may store account details, connected profile identifiers, searches, player lookups, skin lookups, and usage activity to provide and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting, authentication, analytics, or infrastructure providers needed to operate the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Neuralfrag may link to or display data from services such as game platforms, esports sites, public APIs, or community resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, terms, policies, or decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
Neuralfrag, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Neuralfrag or its licensors. Game names, team names, player names, logos, skins, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuralfrag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party data, downtime, account issues, or reliance on displayed information.
10. Changes & Termination
We may update these terms, change features, restrict access, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the service.
